MELBOURNE; Dec. 02, 2014 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has entered into an agreement to acquire Reactive Media Pty Ltd (Reactive), one of Australia’s largest independent and multi-award winning digital agencies. Reactive specializes in creating and delivering differentiated customer experiences through digital channels such as apps, e-commerce web sites and social.
