NEW YORK; March 1, 2012 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced today that Martin I. Cole, 55, has been named group chief executive of the company’s Technology growth platform, effective immediately. He succeeds Kevin Campbell who has resigned from the company for personal reasons. Mr. Campbell has held the position of group chief executive of the Technology growth platform since August 2009.

LONDON; March 14, 2011 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has appointed Oliver (“Olly”) Benzecry geographic unit managing director of its business in the United Kingdom and Ireland and country managing director for the United Kingdom, effective April 2.  Mr. Benzecry will assume this role from David Thomlinson, who will continue to serve as Accenture’s senior managing director—Geographic Strategy & Operations, leading all of Accenture’s geographic operations as well as the company’s strategy to build and extend its market-leading position in key geographies around the world. Mark Ryan will continue as country managing director for Ireland, working with Mr. Benzecry.

NEW YORK; Jan. 1, 2011 – Pierre Nanterme has assumed the role of chief executive officer of Accenture, effective today.  Accenture announced in October that Mr. Nanterme would become chief executive officer on Jan. 1, succeeding William D. Green.  Mr. Green, who has been CEO since September 2004 and assumed the additional role of chairman in September 2006, will remain as chairman.

Lumb group chief executive of the company’s Financial Services operating group, which serves clients in the banking, capital markets and insurance industries, effective Dec. 1. In his new role, Mr. Lumb will join Accenture’s executive leadership team and succeed Pierre Nanterme, who will become Accenture’s chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2011.
