Accenture (NYSE: ACN) today announced that the underwriters of its recent primary and secondary offering of 82 million Class A common shares have exercised their right to purchase an additional 12.3 million Class A common shares at a price of $21 per share pursuant to the overallotment option granted to them in connection with the offering.
