United Fire Group Selects Accenture to Optimize Claims Handling Processes and Provide Better Customer Service
Insurer to deploy Accenture Claim Components software as its core claims processing system
NEW YORK; March 6, 2013 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been selected by United Fire Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“United Fire Group”) to implement its claims management software application, Accenture Claim Components, to serve as the insurer’s core claims processing system. The new system will help United Fire Group streamline claims processes and improve service for both agents and customers.

The solution provides real-time analytics and business-driven configuration consoles that will assist United Fire Group to more efficiently manage individual claims and more effectively balance its claims workload.
