Accenture Wins Three 2018 Pega Partner Awards, Including Partner of the Year for Sixth Consecutive Year
NEW YORK; June 5, 2018 – In recognition of its impactful and strategic contributions, Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has received three 2018 Pega Partner Awards from Pegasystems Inc., the software company empowering customer engagement at the world’s leading enterprises, including Partner of the Year for the sixth year in a row.
The Pega Partner Awards acknowledge Accenture’s ability to drive business transformation and client value from Pega solutions. Accenture has won 21 Partner Awards since 2011, more than any other partner to date.
Accenture received the following three awards, announced at the annual PegaWorld conference taking place this week in Las Vegas:
- Partner of the Year – for demonstrating overall excellence in driving client success across Pega’s applications portfolio, including Pega robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Partner Excellence in Driving Customer Success: Implementation Quality -- for excellence in overall delivery and implementation quality by demonstrating superior governance, project management, and DevOps.
- Partner Excellence in Thought Leadership: Customer Engagement (Customer Service) -- for excellence in leveraging Pega Customer Service to help leading companies realize world class customer engagement; and for demonstrating leadership in consistent delivery of complex implementations, breadth of client engagements globally, and close collaboration with Pega in development and consulting activities.
