TOKYO; April 3, 2008 -- Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has signed an agreement to acquire SOPIA Corporation, a privately-held consulting and IT solutions company, specializing in Oracle systems integration, based in Tokyo. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
