Accenture Recognized as Leader in Inaugural IDC MarketScape Report for Worldwide ITSM Implementation Services


NEW YORK, Mar. 11, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been recognized in the first ever IDC MarketScape: Worldwide IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Services 2019 Vendor Assessment (doc # US44806818, February 2019).
