Accenture Receives Industry Awards for its Property & Casualty Insurance Policy Administration Software Solution
Accenture Duck Creek Policy Administration receives two awards in Celent P&C Insurance Policy Administration System Vendors report
NEW YORK; Jan. 19, 2012 – Accenture’s (NYSE: ACN) property and casualty (P&C) insurance policy administration software, Accenture Duck Creek Policy Administration, received two XCelent Awards in Celent’s latest report titled “Policy Administration System Vendors: North American Commercial P/C Insurance 2011”1. Celent is a leading industry analyst firm focused on the application of information technology in the global financial services industry.
The Accenture Duck Creek Policy Administration system was recognized with:
- The XCelent Functionality Award for the leading solution in “Breadth of Functionality,” which is based on availability of indicative advanced functionality, extent of use for various lines of business and usability for business users.
- The XCelent Customer Base Award for the leading solution in “Customer Base,” which is based on the number of live North American customers, in various tiers, on current and older technology platforms, the number of live customers outside North America and the level of use by insurers for various commercial lines.
Launched in November 2010 to acknowledge vendor excellence, Celent’s XCelent Awards are designed to help financial institutions and technology providers stay abreast of industry trends by evaluating the shifting vendor marketplace and awarding technology best practices.
