The report assessed service providers based on execution and innovation. As a provider in the ’Winner’s Circle,’ the report asserts that in terms of execution, Accenture has deep client experience and capabilities across all the SCM BPO sub-processes, a strong control tower that enables dynamic operation and truly connects demand with supply, and is highly flexible when meeting client needs. In the report, HfS rates service providers using input from a broad range of stakeholders including 1,355 responses from enterprise buyers, service providers, industry influencers (sourcing advisors), and HfS analysts.
