Accenture Positioned Furthest within the Leaders Quadrant in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for SAP Implementation Service Providers


NEW YORK; September 12, 2013 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been named a “Leader” in Gartner Inc.’s recently published “Magic Quadrant for SAP Implementation Service Providers, Worldwide”1 and was positioned furthest in both execution and vision within the Leaders quadrant.

Accenture and SAP recently announced the launch of the Marketing Performance Solution by Accenture and SAP running on the SAP HANA platform. It is the first of a several solutions Accenture and SAP are planning to offer under a new and unique business model that will provide clients with joint end-to-end solutions running on SAP’s disruptive in-memory platform.

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for SAP Implementation Service Providers report also evaluates Accenture’s 11 innovation centers for SAP solutions. The centers provide industry-specific scenarios of how clients can solve business challenges by applying SAP HANA as well as analytics, mobile and cloud solutions from SAP, and offer a platform to help clients develop pilots and prototypes.

For the report, Gartner assessed 18 of the leading providers offering consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies to clients in multiple industries and countries. Companies were evaluated on their ability to execute and their completeness of vision.
