Earns top scores in both ‘Strategy’ and ‘Current Offering (tied)’ categories
NEW YORK; July 28, 2020 – Accenture Interactive has been named a Leader in Forrester’s inaugural report on Adobe implementation service providers. The report, “The Forrester Wave™: Adobe Implementation Services, Q2 2020,” states that “Accenture is a good fit for companies, especially in the Americas and Europe, that need large-scale [Adobe] implementations coupled with experience-led transformation.” The report also notes that clients like Accenture Interactive’s “strategy leadership and ability to help them get more out of the Adobe stack.”
Forrester evaluated 12 Adobe implementation services providers across 24 distinct criteria. The criteria included consulting capabilities, customer experience capabilities, design capabilities, and operations capabilities offered by each provider’s Adobe implementation practice. Other criteria included prebuilt Adobe assets and accelerators, strategy, and vision.
According to the report, “Accenture takes a full-stack approach to architecture and transformation,” fulfilling Forrester’s recommendations that providers: (1) combine Adobe expertise with business understanding, (2) have deep expertise in the specific Adobe products, (3) join design with strategic consulting and implementation, and (4) integrate internal and external ecosystems to align stakeholders around a common goal of customer experience success.
