Accenture COO Stephen J. Rohleder Addresses UBS Software & IT Services Conference in New York on May 24; Confirms Agreement on Deployment Plans for 2005 with the National Health Service (NHS) in England

NEW YORK; May 25, 2005 – Accenture’s chief operating officer Stephen J. Rohleder spoke at the UBS Software & IT Services Conference in New York yesterday.

In his remarks, Mr. Rohleder confirmed that as expected, Accenture has agreed on deployment plans for 2005 with the National Health Service (NHS) in England. No further details were provided. Mr. Rohleder said Accenture would provide an update on this issue during its third-quarter fiscal year 2005 earnings conference call scheduled for July 7, 2005.
