Accenture Completes Acquisition of Nytec


NEW YORK and KIRKLAND, WA; Oct. 21, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Nytec Inc., which it first announced on October 3, 2019. Nytec is an award-winning product innovation and engineering company with a team of 250 professionals. It is headquartered in Kirkland, WA, and was founded in 1975.

Nytec is joining Accenture Industry X.0. It adds deep expertise in software platform development and engineering required to build the underlying IoT infrastructure and systems for connected products and services. Accenture is planning to expand Nytec’s end-to-end LEED Platinum certified Product Innovation Center in Kirkland, WA, and bring it into its network of Industry X.0 studios, called ‘Forges.’
