CANBERRA, Australia; July 1, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of BCT Solutions (BCT), a privately held technology consultancy that is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
The transaction, first announced on June 26, 2019, bolsters Accenture’s deep industry expertise and strategy to be a leading provider of end-to-end mission support capabilities for Australia’s government sector, particularly within Defence, National Security and Public Safety.
