CALGARY and VANCOUVER; March 26, 2018 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has appointed Paul Huizinga as office managing director for Calgary and Andrew Marchant as office managing director for Vancouver, effective immediately.
Huizinga, who has more than 30 years of experience in the service industry for oil and gas, mining and utilities companies, will be responsible for expanding Accenture’s business presence in the Alberta region. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a B.A. in business/ managerial economics from the University of Calgary.
Marchant, a 25-year Accenture veteran, leads the company’s Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) business in Canada. He will drive Accenture’s operations in the province of British Columbia, in addition to his national CMT role. He holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Queen’s University.
