Accenture Appoints Brian Irwin To Lead its Industrial Group in North America

DALLAS; May. 8, 2017 – Accenture has appointed Brian Irwin to lead its Industrial Group in North America, effective immediately. He will be responsible for the company’s automotive, construction, freight and logistics, industrial equipment and public transport industry segments. In this role, he will help the company’s clients exploit the advantages that are being created by Industry X.0 and the digital disruption that is driving innovation, new products, services and business models.

Irwin joins Accenture from A. T. Kearney, where he led the automotive and industrial practice for the Americas, and previously co-led A.T. Kearney’s Americas business.

Irwin has more than 20 years of consulting experience working for industrial organizations in areas such as product development, operations, supply chain, logistics and disruptive technologies. Prior to consulting, he worked for General Motors. He lives in Dallas, and is on the board of the C5 Youth Foundation of Texas, which serves to guide high-risk youth to pursue personal success, and prepare them for leadership roles in college, work and their communities.
