Union des Groupements d’Achats Publics (UGAP)Selects a Consortium of Accenture, CGI and INOP’s to Provide Data Intelligence Services to Government Departments in France

PARIS; Dec. 15, 2020 – Union des Groupements d’Achats Publics (UGAP), the national public procurement agency in France, has selected a consortium including Accenture, CGI and INOP’s to serve as providers of data intelligence services to government departments in France.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Accenture-led consortium will become approved suppliers of data intelligence and data management related services to government agencies for three years (2020-2023), with options for additional extensions. The consortium will give public service organizations access to an extensive portfolio of data management related services including data systems development and integration, data governance and information system maintenance.

The technology, consulting and project management services of the consortium will be purchased through established UGAP procurement channels for government suppliers. The consortium will help these clients gather and analyze their data to re-shape operating models and transform their citizen service offerings by leveraging artificial intelligence, data analytics, intelligent robotics and blockchain.

INOP’s, a network of digital experts from small and medium enterprises (SME’s) and start-up companies, will help accelerate UGAP’s digital transformation by providing insights and expertise from local digital experts who provide data related technology services for public sector organizations.
