Accenture Recognized as a Leading Provider of Financial Improvement Services to Healthcare Industry


NEW YORK; Dec. 9, 2020 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been named a leading provider of financial improvement consulting services to healthcare organizations in a recent report from industry analyst firm KLAS Research, receiving a ranking of 94.7 out of 100.

The report — “KLAS Financial Improvement Consulting Report 2020: Performance Improvement in a Time of Upheaval” — assessed nine professional services firms for their ability to advance the financial improvement of healthcare organizations by reducing costs, increasing net revenue and/or enhancing efficiency. KLAS notes that Accenture is “…rated highest by interviewed clients for strength of partnership, and as an organization cited for careful listening, proactive engagement, and responsiveness” in delivering the financial outcomes clients need and expect.

The report is based on interviews with healthcare payers and providers about the information technology (IT) products and services their organizations use. Questions cover five broad customer experience areas: loyalty, operations, services, relationship, and value. Interviews were conducted using a standard quantitative evaluation, and the scores and commentary collected are shared online in real time so that other providers and IT professionals can benefit from their peers’ experiences.
