Accenture Interactive Positioned as a Leader in Independent Research Report on Digital Experience Service Providers
Report states, Accenture Interactive “continues its global march on digital experience services”
NEW YORK; Nov. 29, 2017 – Accenture Interactive has been named a leader in the latest Forrester Research report on digital experience service providers. The report, “The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2017,” evaluated Accenture Interactive and 13 other vendors on 23 criteria, including Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence.
The report states that Accenture [Interactive] shows overall strength in its service offerings and strategy, including design, content and technology, as well as vision, co-innovation and thought leadership. Forrester also noted that it likes Accenture’s “investments in design studios and real-time data to support experience innovation.”
In addition to saying that Accenture Interactive received the highest score possible in the market and thought leadership criterion, the report notes that “clients like Accenture’s breadth of services, industry expertise, and ability to scale globally,” and adding that “Accenture is a good fit for companies with large-scale aspirations and a hefty partner for digital design, innovation, and execution.”
