Accenture Releases Enhanced Duck Creek Billing Software for Property & Casualty Insurance Companies
Accenture Duck Creek Billing includes user-driven configurability and increased automation for faster, easier billing processes for insurance companies
NEW YORK; June 25, 2014 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has announced a new release of Accenture Duck Creek Billing designed to help property and casualty insurers offer better customer service and improve user efficiencies for customer support staff.
The latest release of Duck Creek Billing software focuses on delivering greater efficiency through a combination of simplified configurability to more easily define payment plans and an intuitive user experience. New features include:
- New payment plan configuration options that enable insurers to construct highly-specialized payment plans, maximize policy equity and increase payment options for customers.
- Enhanced agency bill processing that automates processing of open items from previous statements in order to better manage and support agency-based business.
- Automated bad debt recognition and collections options designed to increase premium collection rates and reduce bad debt write-offs, resulting in cost savings for insurers.
- Consolidated view of billing processes for easier examination and more efficient management of all receivables.
