Accenture Positioned in the “Leaders” Quadrant of Leading Industry Analyst Firm’s

Magic Quadrant for Oracle Application Implementation Services Worldwide

NEW YORK; October 10, 2012 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant in Gartner, Inc.’s recently published “Magic Quadrant for Oracle Application Implementation Services, Worldwide.”1

Gartner assessed 13 of the leading service providers for this Magic Quadrant report, which focused on the worldwide consulting and solution implementation service market for Oracle Applications. Gartner evaluates IT services providers on the quality and efficacy of the processes, systems, methods or procedures that enable IT provider performance to be competitive, efficient and effective, and to positively impact revenue, retention and reputation. Service providers are also evaluated on their understanding of how market forces can be exploited to create opportunities for the provider.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant analyzed each service provider’s comprehensive set of offerings based on Oracle business process applications (for example ERP, supply chain management and CRM), business analytics applications (for example enterprise performance management, governance, risk and compliance, and industry solutions) and related application value-adds, including their ability to provide consulting services for Oracle solution-based environments; ability to provide a comprehensive set of system integration and implementation services across Oracle applications, products and technologies and ability to service multiple industries.
