Accenture’s Supply Chain Management Practice Ranked Highest in Customer Satisfaction by Leading Independent Research Firm

NEW YORK; July 20, 2006 – Accenture received the highest customer satisfaction rating for supply chain management services in a recent report published by Forrester, a leading independent research firm.

The report, "Ranking SCM Tools and Services: Users Rank ERP Vendors and Accenture Highest in Customer Satisfaction," is based on a Forrester survey of 167 North American supply chain management decision-makers. The objective of the survey was to assess respondents’ current satisfaction with supply chain software and services and their plans for additional investments.

The survey found that 84 percent of Accenture clients would recommend Accenture to other companies, giving Accenture the top ranking. By comparison, no more than 72 percent of any other service provider’s clients said they would recommend their provider to other companies.

“We strive to help our clients develop the highest-performing supply chains by combining sound strategies with leading-edge solutions,” said Pat Byrne, managing partner of Accenture’s Supply Chain Management practice. “We are pleased to receive this recognition from Forrester and from our clients.”
