Accenture Opens New BPO Delivery Center in Warsaw
WARSAW, Poland; May 29, 2006 – Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, has opened a new delivery center in Warsaw that will provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services in finance and accounting, supply chain management and human resources.
When fully staffed, the delivery center will employ up to 1,000 highly skilled professionals speaking more than a dozen European languages.
“Adding a center in Warsaw will allow us to provide services to our clients looking to leverage our BPO capabilities across a number of industries,” said Pawel Lobejko, Warsaw BPO Delivery Center lead. “We’re actively recruiting highly skilled personnel throughout our Global Delivery Network and Warsaw will play an important part as one of the nodes of our European BPO network”.
Accenture has selected Warsaw among various potential locations for its large population of motivated professionals, its modern infrastructure, and Poland’s economic and political stability. The Warsaw delivery center will join other Accenture centers in Eastern Europe, like Prague, Bratislava and Riga, providing a complete array of technology and BPO services.
