Accenture Launches HR Outsourcing Solution for Mid-Sized Organizations
NEW YORK; Oct. 12, 2004 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) today launched a new human resources (HR) outsourcing solution that enables mid-sized organizations to outsource their end-to-end HR services and functions, achieving higher performance levels in HR services while lowering their costs.
Targeted for companies with 2,000 to 10,000 employees in North America, the offering is provided by Accenture HR Services, an Accenture business that provides people-management services on an outsourced basis, and utilizes the proven payroll, benefits and transaction management services and technology of long-term suppliers. Services include applicant tracking, training administration, payroll, benefits administration, HR transaction management and information services in addition to contact and case-management services and HR information technology, including portal and self-service applications.
Providing predictive pricing, improved service delivery and access to new technology -- including employee and manager self-service -- at a significant cost savings, the solution enables customers to avoid the expensive capital outlays that result from implementing highly customized enterprise-resource planning solutions.
