Accenture and Auctionworks to Offer Inventory Liquidation Services on eBay

Connection to eBay™ Customers to Transition to Auctionworks

NEW YORK and ATLANTA; Feb. 20, 2004 – Accenture (NYSE: CAN) and Auctionworks, a leading marketplace management services and software provider, have formed an alliance to offer enterprise customers services for selling new, excess, end-of-life, and refurbished products on eBay.

Customers currently using Accenture’s Connection to eBay service will be offered the opportunity to transition to Auctionworks, the largest provider of services to high-volume sellers on eBay. Going forward, Accenture will offer inventory liquidation services to its clients through Auctionworks.
