Deutsche Bahn Systems and Accenture to Offer Transportation and Logistics Technology Solutions to Deutsche Bahn

FRANKFURT; July 9, 2003 Deutsche Bahn (DB) Systems, the information technology service provider of German railway company Deutsche Bahn AG, and Accenture, the world´s leading management consulting and technology services company, have signed an alliance to develop technology solutions for the logistics division of Deutsche Bahn AG.

The two companies will collaborate on two projects for Deutsche Bahn’s cargo division, including creating a new customer relationship management solution and developing and maintaining the carrier’s order management systems.
