NEW YORK; June 8, 2015Accenture has released the next generation of its Accenture Fare Management Solution (AFMS), which is implemented on the Microsoft Azure cloud and expands its offering for transit fare collection to an as-a-service model for both large and mid-size transit agencies. By combining the cloud and the existing open architecture of AFMS, Accenture can provide a flexible and scalable solution using a single, central customer account with real-time payments regardless of agency size. It can be integrated into an existing technology infrastructure without requiring additional hardware.

NEW YORK; July 9, 2012 – New Accenture (NYSE: ACN) research has found that manufacturers of commercial aircraft need to make several improvements in delivering aircraft in-service performance to airlines. The research, based on interviews with aerospace manufacturing and airline executives, revealed that 91 percent of manufacturers said they need to further reduce costs to provide these services; 78 percent said they need to increase customer satisfaction; and 69 percent cited a need for improved service quality.
