United Way of Dallas Collaborates with Accenture and Salesforce for Cloud Transformation to Improve Efficiency and Drive Community Engagement

DALLAS; Dec 13, 2017 – United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD), an education-, health- and community-focused nonprofit serving Northern Texas, has successfully completed a cloud transformation project with Accenture (NYSE: ACN), Salesforce and certified Salesforce partner Configero. The project aims to drive efficiencies in UWMD’s business operations and to leverage data for donor engagement and retention. Specifically, UWMD has invested in cloud technology to get a complete view of its complex business processes, automate labor-intensive tasks and enable more internal collaboration.

Four in Five U.S. Physicians Have Had a Cyberattack in Their Clinical Practices, Says Survey by Accenture and the American Medical Association

CHICAGO; Dec.12, 2017 – More than four in five U.S. physicians (83 percent) have experienced some form of a cybersecurity attack, according to new research released today by Accenture and the American Medical Association (AMA). This, along with additional findings, signals a call to action for the health care sector to increase cybersecurity support for medical practices in their communities.

Accenture Names John Goodman Chief Executive of Accenture Federal Services

ARLINGTON, Va.; Nov. 7, 2017 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has named John Goodman chief executive of Accenture Federal Services (AFS), effective Nov. 20.
