Blog: Accenture Launches Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops, Powered by Salesforce and Claude, to Help Wealth Advisors Deepen Client Relationships
What’s new?
- Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops. is an AI-native wealth management solution, powered by Salesforce and Claude, that enables agentic advisor workflows, compresses onboarding from weeks to days, and automates compliance, allowing advisors to focus on client relationships during an estimated $84 trillion generational wealth transfer through 2045.
- Expected outcomes include reducing client onboarding to 24 hours, delivering a not-in-good-order (NIGO) rate below 5% and providing up to a 25% increase in advisor productivity.
- The solution lets wealth management firms bring powerful AI directly to advisors with built-in compliance and oversight, without rebuilding underlying platforms.
Why now?
Wealth management firms are under pressure to modernize the client and advisor experience as expectations shift toward digital-first, real-time engagement. However, complex workflows like onboarding and administration remain as bottlenecks, with many firms still taking weeks to bring on new clients.
According to Accenture's research, more than half of North American advisors agree that AI will be extremely helpful in eliminating administrative tasks, identifying next best action opportunities and automating marketing and client contact activities.
Accenture is addressing these challenges with a unified, AI-native solution called Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops. This solution is designed to combine trusted data, AI reasoning, controlled execution and human oversight into one approach to support advisors and help them engage clients more seamlessly across channels.
"The wealth transfer underway is one of the most significant opportunities—and operational challenges—our industry has ever faced. Firms that can onboard clients quickly, reduce friction and keep advisors focused on relationships will be the ones that capture this opportunity the best,” said Leo Framil, US Financial Services lead, Accenture. “By bringing together Salesforce's platform, Anthropic's AI and Accenture's wealth management expertise, we're giving firms a practical, proven path to modernize without starting from scratch."
A unified, agentic approach to onboarding and advisor workflows
Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops features a powerful three-part architecture, with Salesforce providing the governed data and execution layer, Anthropic’s Claude providing the reasoning, and Accenture designing and implementing the industry workflows and controls.
At the core of the solution is Salesforce’s Headless 360 architecture, which combines Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud), Data 360 and Agentforce. It enables firms to layer new AI-driven capabilities throughout advisors’ major workflows while leveraging Salesforce’s industrialized and enterprise-grade capabilities, performance, scalability and determinism. This is important for organizations extending AI across multiple channels and interfaces, allowing them to modernize while preserving prior technology investments.
“Headless 360 is built on a simple idea: customers should be able to bring Salesforce’s trusted data, context, workflows, permissions and actions to any AI experience, without rebuilding the systems their business already depends on. Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops brings that architecture to life,” said Rohan Kumar, president and chief platform & engineering officer, Salesforce. “Claude provides the reasoning, Salesforce provides the trusted enterprise harness and governed execution, and Accenture brings the industry expertise and workflows to turn it into measurable outcomes for advisors and their clients. That’s how you modernize with AI while preserving the security, reliability and control financial services require.”
The solution builds on the capabilities recently introduced through Anthropic and Salesforce's expanded strategic partnership.
Anthropic’s Claude agents synthesize information and accelerate workflows, giving advisors a more intuitive way to work, ask questions, review decisions and act in real time. Unlike traditional automation that follows predefined rules, agentic workflows can handle exceptions and recommend appropriate actions, while advisors and compliance teams remain in control of consequential decisions. This is all done with guardrails in place like permissions, approved data sources, human approvals, exception routing, and audit logs. With compliance built directly into the solution, agents can coordinate the use of approved screening tools, compile evidence, and flag concerns to qualified reviewers.
The new solution will be orchestrated and delivered by Accenture, which will combine its platform, AI and industry knowledge into a single, integrated solution tailored to advisor workflows and regulatory requirements.
Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops will embed AI directly into advisors’ end-to-end processes, with background agents continuously monitoring client portfolios to identify relevant signals such as funding gaps or lifecycle events and drafting client communications and follow-ups for advisor review. Once approved, actions are logged automatically, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
The solution is also built with scale in mind. Claude's reasoning capabilities engage where judgment is genuinely required. Execution is guided by Salesforce's deterministic platform engine, where security, data governance, and compliance logic are already enforced. Firms get an architecture that is more trustworthy by design and easier to scale.
Driving measurable impact across the wealth value chain
The solution is designed to help advisors dedicate more time to client relationships and business development and less on manual processes and rework. Not only will it reduce operational risk and improve consistency, but it will also support a more scalable operating model for wealth management organizations by helping them drive growth, deepen client relationships and improve retention.
Wealth management firms interested in exploring the solution can contact Accenture to assess their processes, define a value case and identify opportunities to integrate these capabilities into their advisor workflows. Using this solution and its wealth experience and agentic delivery capabilities, Accenture can get to an initial solution in a matter of weeks.
