OSAKA, TOKYO; Aug. 30, 2022 – Kubota Corporation and Accenture (NYSE: ACN) have formed a new joint venture company, Kubota Data Ground, Inc., to accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of the Kubota group's business model and operating infrastructure. The new company will begin operations on September 1, 2022.

Terms of the transaction, which Accenture announced on July 21, 2022, were not disclosed.
