Accenture Completes Acquisition of Flutura
BANGALORE, India; June 23, 2023 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Flutura, an industrial artificial intelligence (AI) company, headquartered in Bangalore, India. Terms of the transaction, which Accenture announced on March 21, 2023, were not disclosed. NEW YORK; June 22, 2023 — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2023, ended May 31, 2023, with revenues of $16.6 billion, an increase of 3% in U.S. dollars and 5% in local currency over the same period last year.
