Lisa Mascolo leads the U.S. federal client service group for Health and Public Service. Previously she served as Accenture’s U.S. country managing director, and before that was group chief executive for Accenture's U.S. Government operating group.
Recognized for her hands-on leadership approach, Ms. Mascolo has a track record of effectively and directly collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions. Her nearly 25 years of experience with a broad range of clients in government provides her with a thorough understanding of the industry. She has consulted with key governmental organizations, including the United States Postal Service, the Department of the Treasury and California's Franchise Tax Board, putting her at the forefront of Accenture's leading Government work.
Ms. Mascolo also previously led Accenture's outsourcing work with federal, state and local governments across the U.S. She was responsible for implementing Accenture's strategy to increase its share of the growing outsourcing market. In addition, she was responsible for Accenture's Quality function, leading the U.S. Government unit to an unprecedented Level 4 in CMMI.
Ms. Mascolo joined Accenture in 1982. She has a bachelor of science in systems planning and management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She has two children, Harry and Peter.
