SYDNEY; July 18, 2014 – Entrepreneurs can help drive the creation of 10 million youth jobs1 across the G20 countries2 if existing barriers to entrepreneurship were lifted, according to new research from Accenture (NYSE: ACN). The study also indicates that while 74 percent of entrepreneurs surveyed by Accenture say they plan to recruit young talent in 2014, many believe that a shortage of people with relevant skills is hindering job creation and growth.

BARCELONA; July 1, 2014 – Mobility is one of the most important digital technologies for enterprises, according to the Accenture Mobility Insights Report 2014, a global study of 1,475 executives – 100 of them Spanish – in 14 countries. Asked about digital priorities for the year, 43 percent of executives globally rated mobility as a top two priority, and of Spanish respondents, 68 percent rated Mobility as a top five digital priority.

Accenture Research Shows Citizen Support for Biometrics to Facilitate Travel and Secure Borders
ARLINGTON, Va; June 24, 2014 – The majority of citizens surveyed by Accenture (NYSE:ACN) in six countries (89 percent) say they are willing to share their biometric details – the unique physical characteristics, such as fingerprints, that can be used to verify identities and automate recognition – when traveling across international borders. However, most (69 percent) of the 3,000 survey respondents say they have not shared any biometric information to date.
